Trace got the honor of singing God Bless America at Busch Stadium on April 8th.
This is the final season for Busch Stadium, and I understand Trace hit it out of the park!

Tonight, on his way to playing the Grand Ole Opry, Trace will stop in Tower Records at Opry Hills Mall
to sign some copies of his new album, Songs About Me.
Be respectful. Trace don't cotton to no uppity types!

Today trucks are backing up to the stores and offloading Trace's new CD Songs About Me. So soon, I guess,
Brinks trucks should be backing up to Trace's house and offloading loot!
So where is the Big Man on the day his seventh album bows? He'll perform on Conan tonight. But I doubt he'll stay up and
watch it. Trace said, "I see it every now and then - when I’m on the road, I’ll watch it.
But I’m never up that late when I’m at home."

Trace is in a good place, as he has two new things on the shelf this week! Both his seventh album,
Songs About Me, and his Video Hits 2 DVD make it into fans' hands tomorrow.
Trace has developed a taste for heavy metal. He said, “With my last album going platinum
and the ‘Greatest Hits’ about to go platinum, I’m in a really good spot now.
I look forward to the work ahead and I’m eager to build what I’ve got going.”
Trace is pretty happy with this latest disc. According to him, “One by one, we got some of
the best material I ever had my hands on.” How strange. When you're a singer, your life is in your throat's hands!
